Consumer Directed Services Inc. is seeking a Private Duty Nurse RN to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Penn Hills, PA. This role prioritizes safety, compassion, and high-quality clinical care.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with families and the care team to support physical and emotional well-being in the home setting.

• Current RN license is required; experience in home-based or direct patient care.
