Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for pediatric home care shifts, including night and weekend roles. You’ll deliver one-on-one care to medically complex pediatric patients in their homes, with a focus on safety and compassionate service.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN options. The team supports clinicians with 24/7 local help, electronic documentation, and opportunities for growth and skill advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Pediatric home care experience preferred.
• Trach, ventilator, and G-tube care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home nursing care to patients.
• Manage trach, vent, and G-tube care as part of daily routines.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to meet care plans.

Earn a $300 Bonus!

• $150 after your first 120 hours worked
• Additional $150 after your next 120 hours worked

Bonus applies to nurses who:

• Accept and consistently work full time night and/or weekend shifts through this job posting.
• Meet the required hour milestones.

Patient(s) Care Includes:

• Pediatric patients
• Adult patients
• G-tube care
• Tracheostomy (trach) care
• Ventilator support

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
