Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home care in Hartley, IA. The role offers 1-2 days per week with shifts from 7:30am to 4:30pm, providing patient-focused nursing services in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license transfer within 60 days).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care per the patient’s plan of care.
• Document care using electronic health records on a tablet in the patient’s home.
• Coordinate with families and clinicians to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, safety, and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
