Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for professional nursing in accordance with state Act and home health standards.
• Performs physical assessments; may complete admissions/reassessments as directed.
• Supervises LPNs/LVNs and HHAs as directed.
• Reports changes in client condition to medical practitioner and care team.
• Participates in developing the client care plan.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and confidentiality.
