Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver in-home nursing care to patients in our private-duty program. You will partner with families and clinicians to ensure compassionate, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses must transfer to resident state within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance possible after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care per patient care plan.
• Document care and communicate with family and clinical team.
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly.
