Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RN) for private duty home care. You will deliver compassionate nursing care in patients’ homes, following personalized care plans and clinical guidelines.

We support flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends) and provide tablet-based documentation, 24/7 local support, and opportunities for skill advancement through paid training. Join a company that prioritizes people first.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must transfer to state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home nursing care per individual care plan.
• Document care using Aveanna tablet/mobile app.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Pursue skill advancement and participate in paid training.
