Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an RN to join our private duty home health team in Ellwood City. You will deliver in-home nursing care to patients, collaborate with clinicians, and document care using electronic systems in a compassionate, patient‑centered manner.

The role offers full‑time or PRN options with days, nights, or weekends, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training to advance skills while supporting patients and families in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home registered nurse care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Coordinate care with clinicians and caregivers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document care electronically and ensure compliance with health requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
