Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty home health care in Rock Island, IL. You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate compassionate nursing services in patients’ homes to meet individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
