New graduates are welcome, and paid orientation provides hands-on training tailored to each patient’s needs. We offer full-time night shifts with competitive weekly pay and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN or LPN license (or Compact license).
• Valid Arizona Driver's License.
• Current BLS Certification (online-only courses not accepted).
• Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Article 9 Training (assistance available).
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home.
• Complete patient assessments and follow the individualized plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor the patient's condition and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with the patient's family and clinical team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with positioning, transferring, and other care needs as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
