This role focuses on one‑to‑one patient care, including night and weekend shifts, with a $300 sign-on bonus and additional milestone incentives. Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• CPR certification (hands-on) preferred or obtainable after hire.
• Compact licenses must transfer to residence state within 60 days.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one pediatric home care in patient’s home.
• Support night and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and care plans.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs and conditions.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians for optimal outcomes.
