Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our growing private duty homecare team in Florida. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, ensuring compassionate, compliant, patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB test within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with patients, families and clinicians to plan and deliver care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support patient health goals and safety in every visit.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
