Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our expanding homecare teams in Florida. Work across full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, with days, nights, and weekends available; earn competitive pay and benefits.

The role supports diverse patients and focuses on achieving outstanding clinical outcomes. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state, have CPR with hands-on, and a TB test within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance may be provided after hire.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home settings.
• Document care using electronic systems and coordinate with clinicians.
• Communicate with families to ensure quality, compassionate care.
