Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide private duty home nursing in Florida. You’ll work with patients and families to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in Florida.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home LPN/LVN nursing care to patients.
• Coordinate care with physicians, other clinicians, and families.
• Document care using Aveanna tablet and electronic charting.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements.
