Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) — Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required
