Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate home health care and skilled nursing services in patients' homes, coordinating with families and physicians.

This role offers flexible scheduling for full-time, part-time, or PRN, with day, night, and weekend shifts, across various locations within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
