Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our private duty homecare team in Center, PA. You will provide compassionate patient care in patients' homes, following individualized care plans and documenting care activities.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
