Job summary

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking passionate Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses for private duty home health to provide one-on-one pediatric care in patients’ homes. You will monitor vitals, ensure plans of care are followed, and educate families on medical care and training.

Candidates must hold Texas LVN/LPN/RN licenses, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. The role requires ability to work in home environments and operate EMR charting software.

Qualifications

• Active license in Texas (LVN/LPN/RN).
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Capable of working in a home environment.
• EMR charting experience (no paper notes).
