Job summary

Regroup Mass Notification is seeking a Private Duty Nurse for home health in Houston, TX. We hire Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses dedicated to pediatric patients.

You will provide one-to-one nursing care in patients' homes, monitor vitals, follow the care plan, educate families, and document in an EMR.

Texas license and CPR are required; strong communication and the ability to work in home settings are essential.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN/RN license in Texas.
• American Red Cross CPR certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator).
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• The ability to work in a home environment.
• EMR charting (no paper notes).
