Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted California LVN license.
- Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Proof of Negative TB result.
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid California drivers License and insurance.
- Cell phone with internet access.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers.
- Education on client's diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding.
- Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions.
- Highly organized at providing and documenting care.
