Job summary

Cheer Heath Care is actively hiring Private Duty LVNs in California. Night shift with hourly rate $35-$50. Join a team that values well‑being and professional development.

You will provide skilled nursing to seniors and adults with disabilities, coordinate with physicians, perform wound care and medication management, educate families, and document care accurately. Requirements: California LVN license, 1 year experience, BLS, TB test, and a valid CA driver license.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license.
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• 1 year of LVN experience.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Proof of Negative TB result.
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid California drivers License and insurance.
• Cell phone with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers
• Education on client's diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding
• Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions
• Highly organized at providing and documenting care

Education
