Qualifikationen

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality clinical nursing services within the scope defined by state laws and the plan of care, following infection control procedures.
• Document patient visits thoroughly in the electronic medical record per regulatory and payer requirements.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and report changes in patient condition in a timely manner.
• Function in diverse home situations regardless of client background and needs.
• Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or designated supervisor.
