Adoration Health in Martin, TN, part of BrightSpring Health Services affiliate Adoration Private Duty, seeks a dedicated Private Duty LPN to join our team in Dyer, TN. You will deliver 1:1 patient care in home settings, following each client’s plan of care with dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted license.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred; home health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client care following the care plan at all times.
• Administer medications, feedings, and oxygen as needed per plan.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family and physicians.
• Coordinate supplies and medications to ensure adequate stock.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician instructions.
