Adoration Health is hiring a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse in Knoxville, TN. This full-time role offers day and overnight shifts providing 1:1 patient care in the home setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating supplies in collaboration with families and the care team. LPN/LVN license in-state and CPR are required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care per plan of care.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed.
• Document nursing actions, communicate with family and physicians.
• Coordinate supplies and ensure meds/feeds are available.
• Meet patient needs per physician instructions.
