Adoration Private Duty is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Perform nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
2. Provide patient and family education as outlined by the RN
3. Monitor vital signs and document observations
4. Record intake and output, reporting significant changes immediately
5. Assess and document patient’s physical and mental condition, reporting any changes
6. Administer medications as ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN
7. Participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR Certification
• Previous experience in home health, private duty, skilled nursing, or hospital preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
