Adoration Private Duty is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
• Provide patient and family education as outlined by the RN
• Monitor vital signs and document observations
• Record intake and output, reporting significant changes immediately
• Assess and document patient's physical and mental condition, reporting changes
• Administer medications as instructed by the physician and RN
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR Certification
• Previous experience in home health, private duty, skilled nursing, or hospital preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with insurance
