Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Private Duty LPN, you’ll provide individualized, skilled nursing care in a comfortable home setting. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor patient conditions and accurately document care provided.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), range of motion exercises (PROM), and safe lifting and transferring.
• Provide care for patients using Trilogy ventilators, tracheostomies, and other skilled nursing equipment.
• Communicate promptly with our scheduling team regarding patient needs and schedule updates.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while helping them achieve the highest quality of life.
