Qualifications

• Current NC or Compact State nursing license.

• Experience with ventilator, g-tube and tracheostomy care or willingness to train.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care provided.
• Assist with ADLs, ROM, and safe lifting/transferring.
• Care for patients using ventilators, tracheostomies, and other skilled equipment.
• Communicate with scheduling team about patient needs and updates.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to improve quality of life.
