Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate Infusion/IV Therapy RN for private duty home care in Savannah, GA and surrounding areas. This PRN/per diem role offers flexible day/evening schedules and the opportunity to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing in patients' homes.

You will manage IV infusions, wound care, PEG feeding, and other nursing duties, ensuring safety and comfort while supporting independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current, active Savannah or South Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island service area

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Manage IV infusions and vascular access devices
• Provide wound care and dressing changes using evidence-based practices
• Perform PEG/G-tube feeding and enteral nutrition management
• Provide catheter and ostomy care
• Promote patient safety, dignity, comfort, and independence
