Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse / Infusion Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion and nursing care across Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah. The role emphasizes IV therapy, vascular access, and comprehensive oncology/home health nursing in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience with IV exposure, an active SC or GA RN license, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in SC or GA.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, home health IV preferred.
• Experience in IV therapy and vascular access.
• Oncology RN background is a strong plus.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and medications per protocol.
• Maintain vascular access and IV insertion.
• Assess patients and develop care plans based on assessments.
• Monitor responses to treatments and manage pain as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams across home and clinic settings.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and aftercare.
