Job summary

Hallway Healthcare Inc. provides in-home nursing care to veterans and federal workers in the Owasso area. We are seeking a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis with flexible day and time options.

You will work under an RN and focus on consistent, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include vital signs, patient education, documentation, and coordination with family and providers.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current BLS certificate required.
• Experience in home health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with staff.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient status.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Perform nursing procedures under RN supervision.
• Document visits accurately by end of each shift.
