Hallway Healthcare is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse to join our in-home care team in Broken Bow, Nebraska. This part-time role offers 4-hour shifts, 2 days per week, with flexible days and times to fit your schedule.

We provide competitive pay of $45.00 to $50.68 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and 24/7 support. Applicants must hold Nebraska RN licensure and BLS certification to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Nebraska RN/LVN License.
• Current BLS Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate efficient teamwork with the staff.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
• Support quality improvement practices.
• Perform nursing procedures according to agency policy and procedures.
• Work under the direction of a RN Case Manager and Director of Nursing.
• Monitor patient progress using observation, assessment, and evaluation skills.
• Educate patients and family according to disease process and home care plan.
• Report to physician and RN Case Manager of adverse findings.
• Follow state regulations.
• Complete clinical notes for each visit and document daily.
