Job summary

RN Services Private Duty Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes, delivering personalized private duty services in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, med management, and accurate documentation, with training and ongoing support available. A valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and CPR certificate or 90-day eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insure vehicle.
• Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities.
• CPR certification or certification within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide care agreed upon by the Client or Client's family and Nurse Case Manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, med management, vital signs, home tasks, and documentation.
• Comply with RN Services Private Duty Care's policies and procedures, including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code, and some weekend and some holiday availability policies.

Requirements

• Vehicle that is currently insured following state and RN Services Private Duty Care policy

• Complete all physical demands for position, including moderate lifting, standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift

• CPR certified or certification required within 90 days of hire (reimbursement of cost)

• Proficiency in the English language
