Job summary

LCS (Life Care Services) is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) for its Private Duty team at Freedom Village Bradenton, a welcoming senior living community. This role emphasizes compassionate, relationship-based care delivered in a single beautiful campus, with a focus on resident comfort and safety.

Shifts run Friday through Sunday with 10–12 hour durations, and there may be additional hours on Mondays.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable caregiver with ability to follow care plans.
• Ability to document services provided clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to work in a single community setting without travel between clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with showers, errands, shopping, medication reminders, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Document services provided and follow care plans accurately.
• Work independently with minimal supervision within a single senior living community.
