Job summary

Empath Personal Care, part of Empath Health, seeks dedicated Home Health Aides (PRN) to serve patients in Hillsborough County within their homes. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling and competitive weekly pay, with support from a mission-driven organization.

You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated service.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA) or HHA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and drive within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes.
• Support patients’ comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care.

Empath Personal Care, a part of Empath Health, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (PRN) to serve patients in Hillsborough County within their homes. What You’ll Need

• Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License) or HHA Certification.
• CPR certification (in-house classes available if needed).
• Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and operate a motor vehicle within the service area.
• Valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
