Interim HealthCare is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care and support to patients, helping with daily living activities and personal care. The role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and one-on-one patient interaction within the home setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes about a patient’s condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (light housekeeping, meals, personal hygiene, grocery shopping).
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Teach patients essential self-care skills as needed.
• Help patients navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to the nursing team.
