Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support to patients in our care network. The role includes assisting with daily hygiene, basic living activities, and meal preparation to maintain dignity and comfort for our clients.

You will offer companionship, support a patient-centric approach, and coordinate with nursing staff to address evolving needs. This position promotes work-life balance with FT, PT, and PRN options and pays competitively.

Qualifications

One (1) year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, toileting and nutritional intake.
Help patients with daily living tasks such as light housekeeping, shopping, meals, and grocery shopping.
Provide companionship and conversation; even the smallest interaction matters
Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team
