BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate CNA to support clients in their homes in Henderson, North Carolina. You will provide personal care, meal preparation, and companionship, following a nurse's plan of care and ensuring safety and comfort in daily activities.

You will work within BAYADA’s team, delivering high-quality private home care with empathy, reliability, and a strong commitment to patients and their families. Weekly pay and flexible schedules support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience or more.
• Recognized CNA training course completed and CNA certification obtained.
• Caregiving passion and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care per a written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay safe and independent at home.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of lifting devices.
• Monitor health signals and remind about medications.
• Perform basic assessments like vital signs per plan.
