Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home care to clients in Henderson, North Carolina. You will perform personal care, household tasks, and companionship, following a nurse's plan of care and ensuring safety and independence for clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in caregiving or related field.
• Completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a CNA.
• Demonstrated compassion, dedication to caregiving, and commitment to high-quality care.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
• Ability to embody BAYADA's values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care as per written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding; perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with range of motion and mobility; transfers using lifting devices.
• Administer medication reminders and check vital signs as directed by RN.
