Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty CNA to join our Bolivar, TN team. You will provide patient-centered care in the home under RN supervision and document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.

This part-time role offers 1:1 patient care, flexible evening/weekend scheduling, independence with team support, and opportunities for growth within a growing company. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSAs, tuition discounts, 401(k) with match, mileage

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification or state licensure as Home Health Aide.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• This includes basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, monitoring, and related health tasks.
• Home management includes basic housekeeping, shopping and related tasks.
