Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Camden, TN team. You will provide patient-centered care under RN supervision, focusing on 1:1 support in a home setting and acting with empathy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a CNA certification, a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 75 lbs. You will complete documentation in HomeCare HomeBase EMR and work a full-time daytime schedule, Monday

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification as required by state licensure.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks.
• This includes basic personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring and related tasks.
