Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group seeks a Private Dining Coordinator to support Brasserie La Banque's day-to-day event operations. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with clients, and ensure flawless execution of banquets and private events.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years using Tripleseat or similar catering software, strong organization, and excellent communication. You will work closely with the sales and kitchen teams to deliver memorable experiences in Charleston.

Qualifications

• 2+ years using Tripleseat, Toast, Aloha or similar catering software.
• Complete TripleSeat Training and maximize its benefits to keep records, communicate with guests, and build BEOs.
• Respond to event inquiries within 24–48 hours.
• Ensure BEOs are updated with menu and price changes.
• Conduct monthly audits to follow up leads and reach out before closing.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote private dining and event business through advertising and outreach.
• Prepare paperwork, reports, and schedules in an organized, timely manner.
• Develop and maintain detailed price sheets reflecting costs and profit objectives.
• Negotiate final pricing, prepare contracts, and secure client signatures.
• Document event details on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and gather specifications.
• Coordinate events with external clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee event sales budgets and communicate costs to clients.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown to ensure client satisfaction.
