You will work with senior analysts to assess risks on new transactions, perform in-depth credit analysis across industries, and develop valuation and mark recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or related quantitative field
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with GAAP accounting, financial reporting analysis, and financial modeling/Excel
• Strong MS Office skills
• Entrepreneurial work ethic - self-starter, intellectually curious, and eager to learn
• Superior time management and multi-tasking skills to juggle live transactions and daily tasks while maintaining focus on client needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze middle market credit investments in collaboration with Private Credit Financing teams
• Perform credit analysis of portfolio loan investments, identifying business risks and mitigants
• Develop draft mark recommendations for new loans by analyzing the underlying business, credit structure, loan spread, and all other relevant information
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and credit underwriting & documentation
• Monitor the portfolio through ongoing review of sector trends and quarterly financials
