Job summary

You will work closely with senior professionals and gain exposure to diverse capital structures in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes rigorous financial modeling, due diligence, and clear communication as you prepare memoranda for committees and monitor portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
• Experience with financial modeling and due diligence processes.
• Strong analytical skills to assess various industry sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal structuring and risk assessment in private markets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate private equity and credit investment opportunities.
• Perform advanced financial modeling and cash flow projections.
• Lead transaction due diligence and prepare detailed reports.
• Prepare investment memoranda for internal committees.
