The role requires 5+ years in private credit operations and a Bachelor’s degree, with strong Excel and data-management skills. Hybrid schedule with at least 3 days onsite in Boston; compensation includes $120,000–$140,000

Qualifications

• 5+ years in private credit operations supporting the investment lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Economics, Mathematics, CS preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with financial/operational data manipulation.
• Understanding of private credit processing, loan administration, settlements, and investment ops.
• Experience improving operational processes, controls, or operating models.

Responsibilities

• Support private credit transactions through the investment lifecycle, including closing, settlements, servicing, amendments, and payoffs.
• Perform loan administration and ensure key terms/data are captured in internal systems.
• Coordinate with custodians, administrators, agents, and providers on closings, settlements, payments, and post-trade activity.
• Partner with investment and legal teams to review documentation and support closing/amendment activity.
• Research and resolve settlement issues, payment discrepancies, custody questions, and fund administration matters.
• Assist investment/trading teams with security setup, trade processing, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate private markets data across systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Contribute to development and improvement of private credit processes, controls, workflows, and operating models.
• Represent Private Credit Operations on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
