Daley And Associates, LLC seeks a Senior Investment Operations Analyst - Private Credit to join a global asset management team in Minneapolis. You will manage operational workflows, oversee private credit loan administration, and coordinate with custodians and legal teams to ensure accurate settlements and timely deal closings.

The role requires 3–5+ years in private credit operations with strong MS Excel skills and a focus on data integrity and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in private credit operations.
• Strong data handling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows through the private credit lifecycle from deal execution to payoff.
• Oversee private credit loan administration and data accuracy.
• Serve as liaison with custodian banks for closings, settlements, and post-settlement activities.
• Support transaction management with investment and legal teams, including amendments.
• Resolve settlement issues with fund administrators, custodians, and agency teams.
• Assist trading teams with security setup and trade compliance workflows.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and investment guidelines across asset classes.
• Maintain data integrity across internal systems.
