Qualifications

• Two years of experience at an investment bank or private credit/private equity firm.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academics in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Fluency with finance, accounting, credit analysis and valuation.
• Advanced financial modelling and ability to analyze financial statements in a transaction environment.

Responsibilities

• Research industries and market segments to develop and refine actionable investment ideas and theses.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support underwriting of potential investments.
• Support senior associates in processing new opportunities and portfolio oversight.
• Build robust financial models to support deal underwriting and structuring.
• Coordinate diligence efforts with management, attorneys, accountants, consultants, and bankers.
• Prepare internal memoranda and materials to support investment recommendations.
