Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
- Direct experience in credit investing or formal credit training is preferred.
- Interest in pursuing a CFA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, structure, execute and monitor investment grade private credit investments.
- Assess opportunities with detailed credit analysis and risk evaluation.
- Collaborate with Chicago and London teams to source opportunities and prepare materials.
- Support diligence, financial modeling and terms negotiation for transactions.
- Build relationships with borrowers, arrangers and market participants.
- Monitor portfolio investments and identify risks and opportunities for clients.
- Assist in amendments, waivers and credit-event management.
- Contribute to investment strategy by spotting sectors and value ideas.
