Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a real estate, credit, or investment banking role.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate or structured finance is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to assess investment prospects.
• Underwrite and perform credit analysis on loan collateral.
