• 5+ years of corporate finance legal experience from a law firm, asset manager, investment adviser, or corporate transactional legal group.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex private credit, bank loan, or investment-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal partner to a private credit investment team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate private credit, bank loan and related documentation.
• Advise on legal risk, deal structure, amendments, consents, waivers, and execution.
