Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute investments across the capital structure, including debt, mezzanine, preferred and common equity.
• Screen opportunities and form views on business models and industry dynamics.
• Build detailed financial models to assess returns and risk.
• Conduct due diligence with management, researchers and advisors.
• Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to the investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio investments and collaborate with management post-close.
